Woodbury is a suburb of St. Paul and the largest city in Washington County MN. It was named after Levi Woodbury, the first justice of the Supreme Court who went to law school. Over the years, the land was gradually converted from woods to farmland. The area is not only filled with parks, lakes and hiking trails, but also housing, shopping malls and small- to medium-sized businesses.
Woodbury and the surrounding area is home to a number of beautiful wedding and event venues including Woodbury Central Park, Historic Concord Exchange, Oak Marsh Golf Course, Cedarhurst Mansion, Historic John P Furber Farm and A'bulae.
Woodbury is also home to numerous parks that would make a fantastic backdrop to your portrait session. Parks include Carver Lake Park, Pioneer Park, Colby Lake Park, Seasons Park and Tamarack Nature Preserve.
